我公司混凝土搅拌运输车是在二类底盘的基础上通过加装专用装置改装而成,整车结构主要有以下部分组成(如下图)

混凝土搅拌运输车采用主车变速箱取力器取力方式。取力装置的作用是通过操纵取力开关将发动机动力取出，经液压系统驱动搅拌筒，利用搅拌筒内置的叶片不断的对混凝土进行强制搅动，使它在一定的时间内（*长不超过90分钟）不产生凝固现象，从而使搅拌运输车到达工地后还能满足使用要求。搅拌筒在进料和运输过程中正向旋转，以利于进料和对混凝土进行搅拌，在出料时反向旋转，在工作终结后切断与发动机的动力联接。

混泥土搅拌车主要用途是把混凝土搅拌机里搅拌好的混凝土或砂浆运送到施工现场,由于混凝土搅拌车的搅拌罐是可调速旋转搅拌的,因此混凝土用搅拌车运送就能*大限度的保证在运送规定距离和时间内不离析,粗骨料不沉降,保持良好的和易性.

东风六驱越野4-6立方混凝土搅拌车上装配置简介：
一、专用装置主要总成及技术参数
底盘采用东风DFS5160GLJ，底盘外形尺寸长7500mm、宽2470mm、高2740mm。（注：底盘外形尺寸不等于上装后的搅拌车尺寸）。驱动型式：6×6，平头一排半军绿色驾驶室，整体式动力转向机，东风康明斯发动机185马力，发动机型式：六缸、直列、水冷、四冲程、增压柴油机，底盘（总质量（Kg）：16500、整备质量(Kg) ：5900）。轴距（mm） ：3500+1250，韶齿六档机械式变速箱，气动机械式分动器、带高低速，前桥：4.1吨级前桥，中、后桥：4.4吨级东风单级减速双后桥，轮胎：12.5R20钢丝子午线越野花纹加宽型轮胎，气压：公路——450kpa 越野——350kpa，车架断面尺寸（mm） ：250×80×12（6+6）， ：燃油箱（L） ：350 。按需方要求上装3立方搅拌罐，搅拌罐体采用6mm厚锰钢材质制作。
液压泵：山西榆次液压泵、液压马达：镇江大力马达、减速机： 石家庄科一减速机，

三、专用部分简介
罐体：搅拌罐体采用武钢16MnQ345锰铜合金耐磨板，罐体由碟形封头，前锥体、圆柱体及后全位体等四部分组成。壹个维修人孔。内有两条右旋变角度螺旋搅拌叶片(我厂设计的螺旋叶片可选择正旋或逆旋）。
我厂混凝土搅拌车生产技术目前达到国家先进水平，搅拌车前、后台为分体结构，分体结构比整体结构的优越性是：分体结构能够有效分解搅拌罐体因路况不平而引起的颠簸力。而整体结构因无法分解颠簸力，时间久后容易使车梁，车架变形，撕裂。
液压驱动系统：由液压泵、液压马达，减速机，及散热器、油箱、油管等部分组成。
操作系统：我厂生产的混凝土搅拌运输车操作系统为机械式手柄操作，一个手柄操控上料、卸料、搅拌等。设计先进，操纵简单。机械式手柄操作系统经久耐用，而软操纵一般使用半年后要换一次操作系统。
输料系：由一个入料斗，一个V型导料槽和两段U形输料槽组成，可完成送料及排料任务。
送水系：由水箱、阀、管路等组成，可完成补充水及清洗功能。
